The past three days

I have learned over the past three days that no amount of whining, complaining, or "righteous" indignation will help you get "your" way. 

This is a behavior that should be reserved for children but how many times do we "men" and I use that term lightly because there are truly few real men in this world, how many times do we behave that way? 

When we don't get a promotion? When we don't get the desired response from our wives? When our children don't perform to out "expectations"? 

Do we truly deserve to be able to behave in such a way? 

I would say probably not! Not if you call yourself "Christian" you can't! (Three fingers pointing back at me!) 

God nevers tells us that if we serve him that we will be "rich and famous" in fact Christ says just the opposite. He tells us we will suffer as he has suffered. Oh to truly suffer as our Lord has suffered! 

So guys, stop complaining and whining, step up and focus on the things that brought you here and focus on the one that will bring you out!
